Credit Consent Terms

By clicking “Accept” below, you hereby authorize Wiseday to obtain your credit profile, files and information from [Equifax] and/or [TransUnion]. You further hereby authorize Wiseday to share the personal information of yours which Wiseday has collected with [Equifax] and/or [TransUnion], for, among other things, obtaining your credit profile and assessing your credit rating. You acknowledge that, TransUnion, Equifax and Wiseday will share your personal information between themselves for the purposes of communicating your credit information and verifying your identity. You further authorize the potential mortgage lenders to inquire and obtain your personal information from the credit reporting agencies independently from the broker and acknowledge that they may do so in connection with your application.

By clicking “Accept”, you hereby confirm that you have reviewed the information in your mortgage application and represent and warrant to Wiseday that this information is correct. You acknowledge that Wiseday is using this information in order to assess your credit history, creditworthiness and to assess your eligibility and suitability for mortgage financing, and hereby authorize Wiseday to obtain such further information as it may require for these purposes, and that Wiseday may disclose or share the personal information collected on your mortgage application form with potential mortgage lenders, mortgage insurers, other service providers, organizations providing technological or other support services required in the relation to this application.
